If you have a theme in mind or wish for the activities to be customized, the Custom Painted Leaf Party package is for you. Our Custom Birthday Parties is where we can take any of your ideas and make them a reality! We can customize the party to a specific theme and even color palette. Planning is a breeze! We'll team up with you every step of the way to craft a truly unique experience for all your guests.

Birthday Guidelines and FAQ
FOOD: You are free to bring cake, cupcakes, snacks & drinks.
RSVPs: RSVPS are due 1 week before the event. Please make sure to let your guests know that they must RSVP by that date so that we can make sure we have enough materials for everyone.
SIBLINGS: If you are planning on inviting the siblings of your guests they will be charged as an additional participating guest (if they are participating or course) and must RSVP 1 week prior to the event so that we can make sure we have enough materials for everyone. You will not charged for children under the age of 2 who are not participating.
DECORATIONS: Our studio is brightly decorated providing the perfect backdrop for birthday celebrations. We ask that decorations be kept to a minimum. The use of confetti is NOT allowed. You will be allowed 15 min before the start of the birthday party to set up any decorations and food.
CLEAN UP: You are responsible for picking up and taking down all decorations, picking up all trash associated with snacks and decorations.
PARENTS: Children ages 5+ are allowed to be dropped off by parents, parents are responsible for children ages 5 and under. While some activities will be guided, younger children may need their parent's assistance.
BOOKING & PAYMENT: If you're ready to book, there is a $200 non-refundable deposit due to book the party date. The remaining balance is due 1 week before the party when the guest count is finalized. *If you purchased for additional guests and they cancel after we confirm 1 week prior to the event, we are unable to refund you that amount because the materials have already been purchased.
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES: If you have to reschedule the party, there is a $100 rescheduling fee. If Painted Leaf has to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule at no cost to the soonest available date.
