WEEK 1  - JUNE 1-4  

BUBBLY BATH BONANZA 

Art + Science = Bubbly Bath Creations! Young artists and scientists will delve into the captivating world of soap and bath bomb making. Through hands-on activities, children will craft their unique creations while simultaneously unraveling the fascinating science behind the process. Children will create their own Bubbly logos to add to their beautiful creations. This camp will have a special guest, Ms. Erica, who will guide us with her crafty expertise.

WEEK 2  - JUNE 8-9 MINI CAMP 

BEAUTIFUL BUTTERFLIES 

We'll be making wearable butterfly wings, and painting and decorating them. From start to finish, this enchanting experience promises a journey filled with wonder and joy! Camp will finish with a butterfly parade full of bubbles & beautiful butterflies.

WEEK 2 - JUNE 10-11 MINI CAMP 

MAGNIFICENT INSECTS 

Step into the tiny but mighty world of insects—where color, pattern, and fascinating details are everywhere you look! From shimmering wings to intricate exoskeletons, insects are some of the most unique and important creatures on Earth, helping with pollination, soil health, and keeping ecosystems balanced. In this camp, artists will draw, paint, and create bold insect-inspired masterpieces while discovering how these small creatures make a big impact on our planet..

WEEK 3 JUNE 15-18

SENSATIONAL STUFFIES

We will be learning the principles of sewing & tie-dye methods as we create one of a kind stuffies. Each child will design, dye fabrics, sew, add details, and bring their creations to life! In the past years students have created beautiful creations based on their favorite characters and themes.

WEEK 4  - JUNE 22-23 MINI CAMP 

FRESH FLORAL DESIGNERS

Step into a world of blooms and beauty! Young artists will learn the basics of floral design as they create their own arrangement just like professional floral designers.  Campers will design unique floral arrangements/centerpieces, learn all the ins and outs of floral design. To complete the experience, artists will paint a still-life masterpiece inspired by their floral creations. A perfect blend of design, creativity, and hands-on fun!

WEEK 4  - JUNE 24-25 MINI CAMP 

ADORABLE ANIMALS

Calling all animal lovers! Campers will choose their favorite animals and explore them through drawing, painting, and mixed-media collage. We’ll experiment with fur textures, patterns, and expressive backgrounds while learning about composition and movement. Every project celebrates personality and imagination!

WEEK 6 - JULY 6-9

PLAYFUL POKEMON 

Calling all Pokemon lovers! This camp is all about interaction, gameplay, and art. We will be drawing,  painting, and collaging our favorite characters. We will also be designing our own trading cards on both large & small scales and learning about all the details that make up Pokemon cards.  This camp is very popular with young Pokemon fans!

WEEK 7 - JULY 13-16 

SUPER SCULPTURES 

Get ready to roll, layer, build, and transform! In this hands-on sculpture camp, artists will explore the exciting world of abstract art using paper mâché and plaster to create bold, textured masterpieces full of movement and imagination. Campers will experiment with form, balance, and design while learning how to turn simple materials into powerful, one-of-a-kind 3D works of art.

WEEK 8  - JULY 20-23 

FAIRY TREEHOUSES 

This is one of our all time favorite camps! We will be creating magical miniature worlds for our fairies to live in. We will use natural elements, loose parts, clay, fabrics,  and colorful textures. We will be designing and handcrafting so many details in this camp!

WEEK 9 - JULY 27-28 MINI CAMP

COOL KANDI - BEADS & ACCESSORIES

Get creative at our Cool Kandi Camp, a high-energy, hands-on camp where kids learn to design and make their own colorful Kandi jewelry and accessories. Participants will explore essential techniques like knots, singles, doubles, ladder stitch, and even create animal key-chains using provided kits and materials. With fun music, a blacklight area, and tons of beads and charms, students will leave with new skills—and as much Kandi as they can make! This camp will have a special guest, Ms. Amanda, who will guide us with her crafty expertise.

WEEK 10  - AUGUST 3-6

DELICIOUS DONUTS

Who doesn't love freshly made donuts and sweets? We'll be making paper mache donuts (that look just like the real thing!!), creating a business logo as well as a donut menu. This fun messy camp will end with a donut party on the last day.

CAMP GUIDELINES

 

• CAMP SIZE: Our micro camps are perfect for 6-10 campers. With a small intimate group, we get to know each other, share our stories and passions, and meet new friends. 

• All camps are drop-offs - no parents or guardians are allowed to stay in the studio during camps

• Please check the age recommendation for each camp. If you require an age exception, please contact paintedlleaftampa@gmail.com

• Drop-off starts at 8:50am and pick up at 12:15pm. If you are running late, please text 813-955-9786. 

• BEHAVIOR:  We are committed to keeping Painted Leaf Studio a safe, positive, and supportive space for all students. Respectful and safe behavior is expected at all times so everyone can enjoy their creative experience. If a student is having difficulty following studio expectations, parents will be contacted so we can work together to support the child. Continued disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in dismissal from camp, and a parent or guardian may be asked to pick up their child early if needed. Painted Leaf Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue enrollment when necessary to maintain a safe environment for all.  Please note that tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.

• REFUND POLICY: If I am able to fill up your spot, I will be happy to refund you the camp cost minus $50 admin fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations 1 week prior to your camp date.
