A non-refundable deposit is due to reserve your date for large groups with the balance due at the beginning of the event. 

No child may participate in class without filling out the appropriate paperwork and making payment.

Payment is for each individual child and may not be transferred to another child.

MAKE-UP POLICY  Because spots are limited and individual materials are provided, if you miss a session it cannot be made up and payment will not be refunded or transferred to another class.

Outdoor classes: In case of rain, class will be moved to an agreed date and time. No refunds or discounts will be issued due to rain. 

Family who is hosting the event or class is responsible for obtaining permission (if needed) and offer easy access to the space. 

How far in advance should I book my classes? We ask that you book with at least 2 week notice. 

Is there a traveling fee? There may be a travel fee if we have to travel outside our usual service area. Please contact for details. 

Where can I host my classes? We will travel to your home, business, or community center. We mostly offer outdoor classes but will do indoor classes & events. 

How do I book a class or group sessions? Once we have agreed on a date & time, we will send you an online registration link. You have 48 hours to register and submit payment. If we do not receive registrations & payment we will not be able to book your class.

How do we pay for classes? We are currently accepting Venmo (@paintedleafstudio), Paypal (paintedleaftampa@gmail.com), Cash or Check. 

When is payment due? For small events, payment is due at the time of booking.
